Disney Pins Go Digital With New NFT Platform Disney Pinnacle

Signaling Disney's growing embrace of emerging technologies, the entertainment giant has announced a partnership with Dapper Labs to launch an NFT platform named Disney Pinnacle. The new platform, which will offer collectible digital pins of classic Disney, Pixar and Star Wars characters as NFTs, aims to bring the magic of Disney's popular physical park pins to the virtual world.

Backed by Dapper Labs - the company behind NBA Top Shot - Disney Pinnacle will utilize Dapper Labs’ Flow blockchain to mint unique NFTs representing iconic Disney characters from throughout its franchises. The platform will launch later this year on iOS, Android and web.
